Turnaround & Scheduling Policy

1. General Timing

Turnaround is measured in business days and excludes weekends and public holidays unless another schedule is agreed. Incomplete or unclear requests may delay the start of work.

2. Task Complexity

• Simple work may include business-card edits, minor copy changes, resizing and format adjustments
• Moderate work may include flyer adjustments, prepress corrections and multi-element edits
• Complex work may include multi-page layouts, large-format artwork and detailed file preparation

3. Queue-Based Workflow

Requests are handled through an organized queue. Active-task limits follow the selected plan, and additional requests are processed in sequence. Reserved or dedicated arrangements may receive different capacity allocation.

4. Revision Timing

Minor revisions commonly require 12 to 24 hours. Moderate revisions commonly require 24 to 48 hours. The extent and clarity of requested changes directly affect timing.

5. Rush Work

Rush handling is not included by default. It depends on availability, may require an additional fee and must be confirmed before the deadline is treated as accepted.

6. Dependencies and Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete instructions and required files upfront
• Respond to questions, proofs and approvals promptly
• Confirm scope changes and time-sensitive requirements in writing

7. Estimates and Working Hours

Standard turnaround times are estimates unless a fixed deadline is confirmed in advance. Requests submitted outside agreed working hours are normally processed on the next business day. Weekend or extended-hour support requires a separate arrangement.
