1. Final Deliverables
After full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables created for the agreed project, including the approved print-ready exports and completed artwork covered by the service agreement.

Intellectual Property & File Ownership Policy
Ownership, usage rights, working files, third-party assets and payment conditions for artwork created by Magik Designs.
Rights to final approved deliverables transfer only after full payment and according to the written service agreement.
2. Working and Source Files
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, editable working files, drafts, unused concepts, internal production builds, templates, tools and workflow methods remain the property of Magik Designs. Source files may be included under a specific plan or released under separately agreed terms.
3. Payment Condition
No ownership or usage rights transfer before full payment. Unpaid work, drafts and final files awaiting payment may not be used, shared, reproduced or distributed.
4. Rights After Delivery
After payment and delivery, the client may reproduce, print, publish and distribute the final approved work for its intended business use. Rights do not automatically extend to internal systems, methods, unused concepts or separately licensed source material.
5. Third-Party Assets
Fonts, stock images and licensed graphics remain subject to the original provider’s license. The client is responsible for respecting those license terms in any use beyond the agreed project.
6. Portfolio and Confidentiality
Unless confidentiality or non-disclosure terms are agreed in writing before work begins, Magik Designs may display completed work in a portfolio, case study or marketing material. Confidential client relationships will be handled according to the controlling written agreement.
7. Client-Provided Materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied logos, images, copy and other materials are owned or properly licensed. Magik Designs is not responsible for rights violations in client-provided assets.
8. Custom Agreements
Any exception involving source-file transfer, exclusive rights or custom licensing must be defined in writing before delivery.
