Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Plans

How unlimited requests, active-task limits, queues and reasonable revision usage work within recurring design plans.

Unlimited means multiple requests over time. It does not mean unrestricted simultaneous production or instant delivery.

1. Active Tasks and Queue

Each plan defines how many requests may be active at one time. Additional requests remain in queue and move forward in order so the allocated team can maintain accuracy and consistent delivery.

2. Intended Scope

  • Day-to-day graphic design
  • Production design, resizing and adaptations
  • Prepress adjustments and file preparation
  • Minor to moderate design changes

3. Work Outside Fair Use

  • Large branding systems, extensive publications or large packaging programs
  • Continuous real-time work or full-day dedication not included in the plan
  • Bulk submissions intended to overload the active queue
  • Specialized work outside the agreed service scope
  • Repeated revision cycles without a clear direction

4. Turnaround and Revisions

Timing depends on task complexity, queue position and active workload. Revisions are included when they are reasonable, specific and connected to the original request. Unclear or excessive loops may be paused.

5. Rush Requests

Rush work is not included by default and may be accepted only when capacity is available. Separate charges or plan-specific limits may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete instructions and necessary assets
  • Review deliverables and answer questions promptly
  • Use the queue and active-task limits defined for the plan

7. Usage Adjustments

Magik Designs may pause or restructure usage that exceeds reasonable operating limits. Where workload consistently exceeds the selected plan, a higher-capacity or dedicated arrangement may be recommended.
