How it works

From brief to print-ready in four steps.

Clear handoffs at every stage, with each round of feedback attached to the right version.

01

Brief

Your team passes along what the customer wants, plus any brand assets, references and deadlines.

02

Concepts

We develop creative directions against the brief and present them for your review.

03

Refine

Feedback is applied to the right version until the direction is approved.

04

Print-ready

Approved creative is prepared to the production requirements your team supplies.

Built for print

Creative that is designed to be produced.

Many designers hand over work that production then has to rebuild. Because Magik Designs works alongside print operations, creative is developed with the output in mind.

  • Layouts planned around your supplied trim sizes, bleed and dielines
  • One team from first concept to production-ready files
  • Your brand and customer relationship stay in front

You stay in control

Your printing business keeps the customer relationship, pricing and final production decisions. We handle the creative responsibilities assigned to us.

Clear answers

Questions about creative design support.

Short answers about process, ownership and getting started.

Is the creative work white-label?+

Yes. The work is delivered to your team to present as your own. Magik Designs does not contact your customer unless you ask us to and authorize it.

What do you need from us to start?+

A short brief, any existing logos or brand files, examples the customer likes, the intended use and the deadline. Tell us what is unknown and we will flag questions instead of guessing.

Does creative design include production files?+

Yes. Creative direction can be carried through to print-ready artwork, prepared against the dimensions, bleed and specifications your printing business provides.

Who owns the final artwork?+

Ownership and usage terms are agreed up front for each engagement, so there is no ambiguity once the work is delivered.

Can we start with one project?+

Yes. Many teams begin with one project or one recurring need, then expand once the process is working.
