At Magik Designs, our unlimited design plans are built to provide consistent, high-quality design support while maintaining efficiency and fairness for all clients. This Fair Use Policy ensures a balanced workflow and prevents misuse of resources.
1. Definition of “Unlimited”
“Unlimited” refers to the ability to submit multiple design requests over time, not simultaneous or unrestricted execution.
All work is handled based on:
- Active task limits
- Queue-based workflow
- Scope of each request
2. Active Task Limit
Each unlimited plan includes a defined number of active tasks at a time:
- Only 1–2 tasks (depending on plan) are worked on simultaneously
- Additional requests are placed in a queue and addressed in order
This ensures consistent quality and timely delivery.
3. Scope of Work
Unlimited plans are designed for:
- Day-to-day design needs
- Pre-press adjustments
- Production-ready file preparation
- Standard graphic design tasks
This includes:
- File resizing and adaptations
- Minor to moderate design changes
- Layout adjustments and corrections
4. What Is Not Considered Fair Use
The following falls outside fair use and may require custom quoting or extended timelines:
- Large-scale or complex projects (e.g., full branding systems, multi-page publications, extensive packaging sets)
- Requests that require continuous real-time work or full-day dedication
- Bulk submissions intended to overload the system
- Tasks requiring specialized skills beyond agreed services
- Repeated revisions without clear direction
5. Turnaround Expectations
Turnaround time is based on:
- Task complexity
- Current queue
- Active workload
“Unlimited” does not mean instant delivery.
Each request is handled with professional production timelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
6. Revision Guidelines
Revisions are included; however:
- They must be reasonable and specific
- Continuous or unclear revision cycles may be paused until clear direction is provided
- Excessive revision loops may be flagged as outside fair use
7. Rush Requests
Unlimited plans follow standard workflow timelines.
- Rush jobs are not included by default
- May be accommodated based on availability
- Can be billed separately or limited per plan
8. File Usage & Request Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
- Submit clear, complete instructions
- Provide all necessary files and assets upfront
- Review deliverables promptly
Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses may affect turnaround times.
9. Abuse Prevention
Magik Designs reserves the right to:
- Identify usage patterns that exceed fair operational limits
- Pause or restructure workflow if misuse is detected
- Recommend alternative plans or custom solutions
This ensures fair access and service quality for all clients.
10. Plan Adjustments
If a client’s workload consistently exceeds fair usage:
- We may suggest upgrading to a higher-tier plan
- Or moving to a custom/dedicated resource model
11. Policy Acceptance
By subscribing to an unlimited plan, clients agree to operate within this Fair Use Policy.
