A client came to us with a laundry invoice from a 5-star hotel. There was no working file. Just a PNG photo taken on a desk.
No PDF. No source file. Just an image that needed to go to print.
The layout looked like it was built in Excel. Boxes were uneven. Spacing was off. There was no clear structure.
The logo was raster and low quality. The file wasn’t usable for print without fixing everything first.

What We did Instead
We rebuilt the invoice from scratch in Adobe InDesign.
We set a proper grid, fixed spacing, and aligned all fields. Brand colors were applied correctly. The logo was replaced with a clean vector.
Typography was adjusted so it prints sharp and reads clearly.
We delivered a press-ready PDF along with the open source file. This way, future edits can be made without redesigning anything.
Takeaway
This situation comes up often. Files get lost, and teams are left with images or screenshots.
Rebuilding it properly once saves time on every future job.
